These terms govern use of the Ramblin Man website, account services and charter inquiry tools. A submitted inquiry or published sailing window is not a confirmed charter.

1. Website and charter inquiries
The website provides information about vessels, route ideas and charter planning. Content is general and may change as vessels, marinas, weather and operating conditions change.
Submitting a form starts a planning conversation only. A charter becomes binding only when RAMBLIN MAN CHARTERS LLC issues a proposal or charter agreement and all stated confirmation requirements are completed.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate contact information and protect your password. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Accounts are shared through our service provider's account system. Site-specific charter records remain associated with the originating site context.
3. Charter conditions
The captain retains final authority over vessel operation, route, guest safety and compliance with applicable rules. Weather, tide, traffic, marina restrictions or safety concerns may require a route change, delayed departure, early return or rescheduling.
Prices, deposits, cancellation terms, guest limits, inclusions and marina details are provided in the applicable proposal or charter agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed charter agreement controls for the voyage.
4. Guest responsibilities
Guests must follow crew instructions, provide truthful information about group size and relevant accessibility or safety needs, and avoid conduct that endangers people, property or the environment.
You may not use the service for illegal activity, unauthorized commercial use, abusive communications or interference with the website and its supporting systems.
5. Availability and liability
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every published item remains available. To the extent permitted by law, website information is provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Any voyage-specific limitations are stated in the charter agreement.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the website or services change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
